It is time to choose yourself — without carrying the guilt.

I help women who grew up as emotional caretakers remember who they are beyond the role they learned, reconnect with themselves as souls, and begin creating a life with more peace, purpose and freedom.

Perhaps this is you

From a young age, you learned to put other people’s needs before your own.

Looking after everyone became part of your identity — not simply something you did.

Today, you may be the one holding everything together: your family, your marriage, your work, the emotions of the people around you.

From the outside, everything may look fine.

Inside, you are tired.

You feel guilty when you say no.
When you rest.
When you disappoint someone.
When you choose yourself.

And somewhere underneath it all, one question keeps returning:

“Am I the problem?”

You are not the problem.

You learned a role.

And a learned role is not the whole of who you are.

You are a soul, not the role you learned

My work begins with one central understanding: beneath everything you have been taught to be, there is a deeper self. In the language of the Bhagavad Gita, that deeper self is the soul.

Most of us grow up in body consciousness. We learn who we are through our parents, family, teachers, culture and the beliefs of the society around us.

We learn what makes us lovable.
What makes us “good.”
What is expected of us.
Whose needs matter first.

For some women, caring for everyone else becomes one of those learned roles.

When you begin to understand yourself as a soul — and begin asking where you come from, why you are here and how you want to live — the old guilt can start to loosen its hold.

The role you learned. Learned through body consciousness — shaped by parents, family, teachers, culture, society and beliefs.
  1. Where you come from

You are more than the roles you learned.

Your deeper nature existed before your family, culture or society told you who you should be.

  2. Why you are here

You came here with your own path — your dharma.

Caring for others can be part of a loving life.

But it does not have to replace your own purpose.

  3. Where you are going

Towards a life shaped by conscious choice rather than guilt, obligation or the need to be useful.

A life that belongs to you.

What begins to open up

  • More peace.
  • More clarity.
  • Healthier relationships.
  • Greater self-trust.
  • A stronger sense of purpose.
  • The ability to receive love, rest, joy and abundance more freely.

Drawing on the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, meditation and more than 20 years of study and practice in soul consciousness, I help women reconnect with their deeper nature and begin living from that place.

Not as the caretaker.
Not as the peacekeeper.
Not as the person responsible for everyone else.

But as a soul with her own path.

“It is better to follow your own path imperfectly than to follow another’s perfectly.”
Bhagavad Gita 3.35 — paraphrased

For years, you may have been living according to someone else’s needs.

This work is about returning to your own.

From Caretaker to Creator

Opening soon

Your own path. Your permission. Your life.

From Caretaker to Creator is a gentle, grounded programme for women who grew up carrying responsibility for other people’s emotions.

It brings together the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, soul consciousness, hypnotherapy and trauma-informed practices to help you understand the role you learned, loosen the guilt attached to it, and begin living your own path.

Your own dharma

You came here with your own path.

Living for someone else’s happiness was never meant to replace your own life.

Release the outcome

You can act with love without making yourself responsible for how another person feels, reacts or chooses to live.

You can care without carrying.

Safe to receive

Hypnosis and calming practices can help soften automatic patterns of guilt and create more space for rest, love, joy and receiving.

You do not have to exhaust yourself before you are allowed to have something for yourself.

What you can take with you

  • A different relationship with the guilt that appears when you choose yourself.
  • Greater trust in your own feelings and perception.
  • Boundaries you can hold without long explanations or constant self-doubt.
  • A calmer inner world.
  • More peace with the past — without being asked to excuse what hurt you.
  • A clearer sense of what belongs to you, and what does not.
  • A renewed connection to your own purpose and direction.

My promise to you

There is no magic formula here.

No pressure.

No forced forgiveness.

I will never tell you that you caused what happened to you, label the people in your life, or tell you that healing requires cutting contact with your family.

Whether you are close to your family, have created distance, or are caring for a parent every day, there is space for you here.

This work is about changing your relationship to the role you learned.

Not controlling anyone else.

This programme can complement therapy, but it is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric care or medical treatment.

About me

For much of my life, I carried guilt, sadness and loneliness that I did not fully understand.

I grew up in the role of my mother’s emotional caretaker, and I carried that pattern with me into my relationships, my family life and my career as a dentist.

For more than 20 years, the Bhagavad Gita, meditation and soul-centred practice have helped me understand that pattern differently and gradually return to my own path.

This was not an overnight transformation.

It has been a process of learning, practising, questioning and returning to myself again and again.

Later, I trained as a Certified Hypnotherapist and Trauma Coach, bringing another layer of understanding to the patterns we carry in the mind and body.

I created this work for the woman I once was — the woman who could care deeply for everyone around her but struggled to believe that her own life mattered just as much.

If you recognize yourself in her, you are in the right place.
